New Financial Aid and Student Account pages in UAOnline

On Oct. 6, the Financial Aid and Student Accounts menu and pages in UAOnline will be upgraded to the newest version. To help with the transition, new resources have been created and posted, including a video on how to navigate the new pages and updated FAQs.

Beginning Sept. 28, crews will assemble to demolish the last remaining house on Copper Lane. The University Fire Department will train in the facility for a few days, practicing hose lays, ventilation, and simulated fire attack. When they are complete, the demolition contractor will demo the building and remove the debris from campus.

NextGen Food and Climate Symposium set for Sept. 25, 27

The University of Alaska Cooperative Extension Service will host a free public symposium on climate change and its effects on regional and global food security. Nancy Fresco, a climate change researcher at ÃÛÌÒTV's International Arctic Research Center, will lead the two-part symposium on Zoom. Sessions are set for Sept. 25 and will repeat on Sept. 27.
