Undergraduate students have two opportunities to apply for research funding in January from the Undergraduate Research and Scholarly Activity office.
Spring travel awards offer $2,000 for students needing support to present at a conference
or partake in a competition between April and June 2018. Applications open on Jan.
22, and the deadline to apply is Feb. 18.It's not too early to think about your summer plans! URSA has $5,000 summer project awards for 2018. These awards support research or creative projects. Funding may be used for a stipend, tuition, travel and supplies. Applications open on Jan. 29, and the deadline to apply is Feb. 25.
