Student-designed and built bike generates electricity

Alexander Bergman, from the , helped generate electricity to power computers, charge cell phones and run a light
at the Fort Wainwright Earth Day events. The bike generator was built by Ben Abbot,
a graduate student at ÃÛÌÒTV. The educational booth at the Earth Day events help show
how ÃÛÌÒTV students are taking the lead in making ÃÛÌÒTV a more sustainable campus.
