Ripley to serve as ÃÛÌÒTV alumni director

ÃÛÌÒTValumna and lifelong Alaskan Kate Ripley has been named the new ÃÛÌÒTV alumni relations director. She will also serve as the executive director of the ÃÛÌÒTV Alumni Association.
Prior to accepting her new position at ÃÛÌÒTV, Ripley served as the public affairs director at UA statewide for the last decade. She came to the university system after nearly 15 years as a print and radio journalist and public relations consultant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Montana and a master’s degree in northern studies from ÃÛÌÒTV.
Ripley began her new position this week. UA statewide plans to launch a search for her replacement soon.
