OIT is currently working to restore services for Blackboard and other affected systems.

| Multiple services at ÃÛÌÒTV, UAA and UAS are being affected including but not limited to Blackboard Learn, DegreeWorks, Citrix, Roxen and Service Manager. |
| There could also be issues with ÃÛÌÒTV and SW email/lists |
| We are experiencing failures with multiple services: Blackboard Learn, Degree Works, Citrix, for ÃÛÌÒTV, UAA, & UAS, and Service Center. We believe this is related to the N6040 array issues and are investigating. |
