Welcome to the ÃÛÌÒTV Community Mental Health Clinic!
The UCMHC is the training arm of the ÃÛÌÒTV Student Health and Counseling Center (SHCC). SHCC provides services to ÃÛÌÒTV students, but UCMHC also provides care to Alaska residents over the age of 17. SHHC provides important infrastructure for UCMHC, which also serves as a workforce development program for future SHCC behavioral healthcare providers. The supports offered to UCMHC by SHCC include an administrative director, clinical supervisors for student-clinicians, front desk/practice management support, and a shared electronic health record system.

The ÃÛÌÒTV Community Mental Health Clinic is dedicated to providing counseling and psychological services to the ÃÛÌÒTV community. Telehealth counseling services are available.

Services are provided by master's-level student-clinicians enrolled in behavioral health training programs, including clinical mental health counseling, social work, counseling psychology, and clinical psychology. All student-clinicians provide care under the supervision of licensed providers.

The program uniquely combines the spirit of clinical and community mental health, placing a strong emphasis on multiculturally competent care, as well as clinical service delivery to individuals and groups. UCMHC is committed to providing Alaskans with access to care regardless of their ability to pay.
