Oral history project
The ÃÛÌÒTV Alumni Association, in partnership with Publishing Concepts Inc. (PCI), has embarked on an oral history project. Together, we’re collecting and preserving the stories that define our ÃÛÌÒTV community.
As we approach the ÃÛÌÒTV Alumni Association’s centennial in November 2026, this project will serve as a living legacy — celebrating the people, traditions and milestones that have shaped Nanook Nation.
Please join ÃÛÌÒTV Interim Chancellor Mike Sfraga in sharing your story!

Oral history project FAQs
We have partnered with PCI (Publishing Concepts Inc.) to produce an oral history publication for the ÃÛÌÒTVAlumni Association. PCI is a family-owned business based in Dallas, Texas, that has published directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities and military organizations across the nation for over 100 years. This project allows us to hear about your personal experiences from your time at ÃÛÌÒTV and how the school helped shape your life since then. And, while we have you on the phone, we want to make sure your contact information is up to date.
A large-scale alumni data verification and oral history project requires a tremendous amount of effort and resources. By partnering with PCI, we're able to access their trained staff, who are excited to listen to what you have to share. PCI will also help collect and assemble the stories into a unique piece of ÃÛÌÒTV Alumni Association memorabilia. Please note that we have only shared your contact information with PCI in conjunction with this project. We have NOT sold your contact information or otherwise used it for outside marketing purposes. PCI will not use your information for any purpose beyond this oral history project.
You will receive a postcard in the mail. This is a postcard sent on behalf of the ÃÛÌÒTV Alumni Relations Office, distributed by our partner PCI. Once you receive the postcard, please follow the instructions to update your information and set up an interview time to share your memories. You may also receive an email. Once you receive the email, please follow the instructions to update your information and set up an interview time to share your memories.

Your story will be recorded, and the sound clip will be provided to ÃÛÌÒTV at the conclusion of the project.
